Enamel-overlay and cut-crystal decorative buffet lamp

European-made. White enamel is overlaid on a light-amber clear glass, then hand-cut through and hand-painted to create its final finished and highly decorative look. Fine post WWII crystal. Includes original hanging crystal spears. It was completed as a table lamp long ago. FULLY RESTORED.
