MAGNIFICENT PAIR OF CANDLE BRACKETS. Original gilt finish is left intact (but wearing) on intricately carved brass. There is a griffin emerging from the mouth of a serpent; from the head of the griffin arises a candelabra of 4 floral-motif candles. These brackets are mounted on old, custom mahogony wood carved backplates, to hold them to the wall. At one time, probably when first mounted in this manner, they were electrified, all done without destroying or drilling any of the original bracket. They are therefore in 100% original and intact condition. (THESE CAN BE RE-ELECTRIFIED FOR AN ADD'L $600.00 COST IF DESIRED.)
